Modernity
rooted in history

Capital Park Group projects reflect the idea that the future of cities lies in the skillful combination of modernity and history. An example of this approach is Norblin Factory - a historic complex in Warsaw's Wola district, which after 4 years of revitalization was opened in 2021 and has become one of the new landmarks of the capital. Preserving the unique architecture of the former plate factory, on an area of 65,000 m2 it was possible to create a modern, multifunctional project that combines office space with cultural, gastronomic, service and entertainment offers. Norblin Factory is a place where 240 years of history meets modernity. The complex houses Norblin Factory Museum, which commemorates the history of this unique place.

Royal Wilanów is an example of how a comprehensive space can enrich the life of the local community. Since its completion in 2015, Royal Wilanów has become the center of the district's life. It offers medical centers, shops, service points, restaurants, as well as a huge recreational space created by the company, which attracts entire families. Green, publicly available space, sports fields, trampolines, places to relax are just part of the infrastructure that makes this place loved by the local community.

The Group's priority is to educate and build a community around its investments that cares about protecting the environment and is not indifferent to the challenges related to climate change. For many years, the properties built by the company have been subject to ecological certification according to the most important global classifications – BREEAM and LEED.

ESG issues have been an integral part of the Group's strategy and implemented projects for years. Already at the design stage, solutions are implemented that allow to minimize the negative impact of the company's investments on the environment and climate. They include water management, electricity management, waste management, measuring the carbon footprint and including climate risks and opportunities throughout the property's life cycle.
