The project is a response to social needs and those related to climate change and ecology. The designed solutions use technologies that reduce the impact of buildings on the environment while ensuring a high quality of life for residents. Important aspects include reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions. The plans include the first central waste management system in Poland and rainwater retention, renewable energy and heat sources, green roofs and terraces that reduce the heat island effect, green areas created using the principles of biodiversity, adapted to climatic conditions.

Investment for the future
for Katowice
The investment is located close to the center of Katowice - in the Wełnowiec district, at the
intersection of Korfantego Avenue and Konduktorska Street. Nowy Wełnowiec is located approx. 1.5 km from Spodek and 2.5 km from the PKP Railway Station and Bus Station. A tram line and city bus lines run along the investment areas. The area is very well connected, so the place will be freely available not only to residents of the district and its surroundings, but also to Katowice and the Upper Silesian – Metropolis Area.
